By accessing and using JustUseIt (justuseit.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

JustUseIt provides browser-based privacy and productivity tools including PrivaScan (photo metadata scanner), SafeOCR (text recognition), PrivaPDF (PDF processing), ClearCut (background removal), and ImageFix (image editing). All tools run entirely in your web browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. JustUseIt is not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or other damages resulting from the use of our tools. Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, we have no access to your files and cannot be held liable for the results of any processing operations.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use JustUseIt tools for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes. This includes but is not limited to: forging or altering documents, removing copyright information from content you do not own, processing images for harassment or defamation, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

5. Privacy & Data Processing

Your privacy is our core principle. All file processing happens exclusively in your browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any files you process. We use Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics and Google AdSense for advertising. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of JustUseIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. AI-modeller och immateriella rättigheter

AI-modellerna som används i JustUseIt (ansiktsigenkänning, bildförbättring, dokumentlayoutanalys, OCR-språkordböcker m.m.) är härledda verk baserade på open source-modeller och data, och utgör JustUseIts immateriella egendom. Med respekt för de ursprungliga open source-licenserna är otillåten kopiering, vidaredistribution, tillskansande eller reverse engineering av modellvikter, ONNX-filer och härledd data som JustUseIt självständigt har tränat, konverterat eller optimerat strängt förbjudet. Överträdelser kan leda till rättsliga åtgärder enligt tillämplig lag.
